    es. Our in terminal meet and greet is available for commercial arrivals at MEM for an added fee. Your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a name sign and assists with your luggage to the vehicle.

  • How much luggage can I bring?


    That depends on the vehicle. The Cadillac Escalade and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinters carry significant luggage along with passengers, and for large groups the Temsa motor coach has dedicated luggage space. Tell us what you are carrying and we match the vehicle to it.

    Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with advance reservation, and the rate holds the same at 4 AM as at midday.

  • Do I need to tip the chauffeur?

    Gratuity is appreciated but not required. You’ll have the option to tip via card or cash if you choose.
